How do I place my order?
To place your order, follow these steps:
- Browse through our catalogue until you find something you like, choose the relevant size (if you are not sure of the size, refer to our size chart) and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button (you are eligible to add multiple products to your cart).
- In ‘My cart’, you can either choose to continue shopping or proceed to check out.
- To proceed, you can either log into your existing RSO Outfits account or simply continue as a ‘New User’ and create one.
- Once this is all set, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, select the desired payment method, and confirm your order.
Normally the orders are delivered within 2-7 days depending on your address.
How and when will I receive my order?
We have partnered with reputed courier companies like Fedex, Delhivery, etc. We ship your orders using any of these courier companies depending on your pin-code. So your orders will be delivered right to your doorstep. All orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.
Normally the orders are delivered within 2-7 days depending on your address.
How can I confirm whether my order has been placed successfully?
An email will be sent with your order information confirming your order and another email when your order is shipped out. All you have to do then is, sit back, relax, and wait for your product(s) to arrive.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once we have shipped your product we will be sending the tracking details to your mail as well as to your registered mobile number.
You can also check the status of the order by visiting the “Orders” section in “My Account“.
I tried placing my order using debit card/ credit card/ net banking. The order was not successful but the money got deducted.
In such cases most probably the amount will be credited back to your account within 7 working days. If in any case the amount is not credited back then we would suggest you to contact your bank.

How can I cancel my order?
What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept all credit and debit card payments, net-banking, UPI, digital wallets and cash-on-delivery.
Are there any hidden charges?
There are absolutely no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.
What should I do if my payment fails?
In case of a payment failure, please retry keeping in mind the following:
- Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) and that your internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
- If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. For any further clarification, you can email us at email@example.com.
Is cash of Delivery (COD) available? Is there any additional charge for it?
Yes, we do have Cash-on-Delivery (COD) option for most pin-codes in India. Irrespective of your order amount, an additional Rs.50 will be added to your total if you choose the payment mode as Cash on Delivery (COD).
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we do accept international orders. But please note there will be additional shipping charge for it. Kindly write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org for further details.
How much do you charge for shipping?
- For all prepaid orders we do not charge any amount for shipping.
- For COD orders an additional Rs.50 will be charged.
What are the policies regarding return and exchange?
- Customers can Return/Exchange their order within 15 days of the order delivery. Please note that we accept returns of customized orders only if there is damage or the wrong product is delivered.
- All Returns/Exchanges must be in unused condition with all the original tags and packaging intact.
- If a product is not the desired size and you need replacement for the same, kindly contact us at +91 7012333231 or mail us at email@example.com.
- For initiating an exchange we will be sending you an e-mail regarding the certain details like the pick up address as well as the product(s) to be returned. We will be arranging for the return pick up.
- Once these details are received, we will be scheduling the pick up with one of ourr courier partners. They will come to your address and pick the product(s).
- You will not be charged any return shipping fee if the product received is different from what you have ordered or if the product is damaged. If the return is requested due to size issues then an additional Rs.60 will be charged.
- The product amount will be credited back to your account, once we have received the products and quality check is done.
- International orders are not eligible for return/exchange unless an incorrect product has been delivered.
- Defective products need not be sent back to us unless confirmed by the Customer Care team. If you have received a defective product, send us a photograph(s) at firstname.lastname@example.org or Whatsapp us at +91 7012333231 and our team will do the needful.
- For defective or incorrect products shipped, we will bear the full charges for delivering the new product to you.
- You are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For self-shipped products, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.
What are the terms and conditions for a refund?
- You can ask for an online refund against any of your orders within 15 days from its date of delivery
- The product cost as well as the shipping cost will be refunded if the received product is damaged or if it is different from what you had ordered.

How long does it take for the refund amount to be processed?
The online refund procedure will be initiated within 48 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will be credited to your account within 2 working days.
I have not received the refund yet. What should I do?
Normally the refund will be processed from our end within 48 hours after we receive the product back to us. If in any case you have not received the refund, then please contact us or Whatsapp us at +91 7012333231 or write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will I receive marketing mail from you if I sign up on your website?
We do keep our customers updating regarding the latest news and arrivals on our website. If you do not wish to receive these mails then you may unsubscribe in the newsletter.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Just click on “forgot my password” and we will send you a link to reset your password.
Do you have gifting option? I do not want any price tag or invoice attached. Is it possible?
Yes, we do have gifting options available. Please Whatsapp us on +91 7012333231 or write to us at email@example.com immediately after confirming your order so that we can remove the price tag/invoice from the packaging.
I wish to add few more products to my order. Is it possible?
If your order is not shipped yet from our end then you may Whatsapp or call us on +91 7012333231 or mail us on firstname.lastname@example.org for the additional products that you wish to add.
Please note that we do not charge anything extra for prepaid orders, so you will not have to pay anything extra if you have made multiple orders.
